The United Muslim Inc. Community Center located at 807-837 Hunterdon Street, Newark, NJ is a 2 Story 9,200 sf. Masjid that will house a prayer room as well as a multipurpose and administration spaces, that will provide essential programs for the City of Newark community.

THE NEWARK COMMUNITY CULTURAL CENTER

The Cultural Center is proposed to be located in the downtown area, near or around the NJPAC's cultural center area. The Newark Community Cultural C​enter will be a hub for multiple social programs. It will house a museum with cultural art exhibits and a remembrance hall, a computer learning center, a high profile restaurant with a panoramic view,  2 outdoor roof top eating areas and a 1000 person capacity banquet hall, that can be split into 3 sections. The cultural center will also have one community theater with the ability to show community performances, movies & cultural performances. The theater for community performances, will seat 500. The building will also house a Community Educational Center, that will focus on multi-cultural education. The community Center is also designed to have 12 pro, health and education retail shops ranging from a Coffee Shop, Health Food Store, Bookstore, Massage Therapy, Physical Fitness Facility and Clothing Stores. This building has been in development, over the course of 20 years, with the intent of being a source of Wellness & Healing for culturally diverse urban communities across the country.

The Source of Knowledge is a staple business, in the heart of Newark, NJ directly across from  the Newark City Hall Municipal Building.  WSM is assisting them in renovating & refurbishing their existing exterior and interior space.

Sandstone Building

The Historical Sandstone Building, that was once the Old Seton Hall Law School building, located adjacent to the Gateway I Center building and the Prudential Center Arena,  is proposed to receive 5 additional stories of Luxury Condominium space above the existing 8 stories of prime office space.  There will also  be an expansion over the existing parking lot, which will consist of 4 levels of stackable parking and 4 levels of additional rentable office space.
