About Us

Cecil H. Sanders

and founding partner of WSM Associates, LLC, established in 2003.
Chris earned his Bachelors of Architecture from Hampton University, Va. in 1995. He finished at the top of his class, and was voted Mr. Architecture ’95. He began his professional career with Wilson Woodridge Architects in East Orange, NJ, and within the 1st year, he was appointed lead designer for a new building commissioned by the Urban League of Essex County, a national nonprofit organization. He later spent 11 years at Johnson Jones Architects Planners, Inc., in Princeton, NJ, as head of the firm’s Church and Residential Design Department.

His areas of expertise also include residential projects, commercial office buildings, educational facilities, health centers, governmental facilities, restaurants, community centers, religious facilities, commercial apartment buildings and retail spaces. 
WSM Associates, designs inspiring structures to meet their clients’ needs and improve local landscapes. Chris believes that once a project begins, a marriage is formed between the client and architect, “the project becomes that family’s baby”, and it is OUR duty to raise a healthy, stable and successful project TOGETHER, as a team”. 

Chris is also a Legacy design and construction professional working with his father Cecil H. Sanders Jr. and he works as a Project Manager in his business CHS Construction Co., www.chsconstructionco.com.

Lastly, Chris also loves to give back, he is founder of  Wisdom Shapes Minds Community Development a NJ Non Profit 501(c)3 Corporation (WSMCDC) established in 2012, , who has united a group of more than 20 professionals, to implement elective programs, into schools, colleges, churches, non-profit organizations, juvenile detention centers and businesses. WSMCDC is focused on teaching the community, young and old, the elements of wellness & healing, the marquee program is called  “How to Create a Visionary With an Architect’s Mind”. www.wsmcdc.org 

Hugo Montero

Mr. Montero has a background in Industrial Engineering. He has over 40 years of experience as a project manager, on a vast array of projects. He specializes in planning the total project, from the initial funding analysis to the final close out. He has an excellent record of completing projects “ON BUDGET” and “ON TIME” with “MINIMAL CHANGE ORDERS”. Mr. Montero’s wise words that he uses to manage projects & live by are “Rehearse, Rehearse, Rehearse!!!”

William A. Moses

William Moses has over a decade of work experience as a project architect, designer, property management, and construction administration. As a graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Mr. Moses brings modern designing skills and Building Information Modeling (BIM) and many other computer-aided design programs to designs teams across the country. He is able to simplify complexity in design and construction, by creating virtual 3D building
environments that will be used to design, detail, and detect any construction or design conflict before construction, creating and streamlining performance, also reducing time, and costly change orders. His ability to create custom made 3D components can bring values to any team when explaining and expressing the design details to the client.

Mr. Moses has designed renderings of the Center for Image Guided Intervention and Minimally Invasive Therapy at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, The Farber Center for Radiation Oncology and a number of projects for New York Presbyterian Hospital. His work on The Farber Center was showcased in AIANY Subway Exhibition.

Mentoring and extensive work within the community is a primary focus outside of his work projects. As the founding member and the president of the New Jersey NOMA Chapter, Mr. Moses has volunteered for the NAACP Act-So (Afro-Academic, Cultural, Technological and Scientific Olympics) Programs, American Heart Association, and welcomes opportunities to lecture for the American

Institute of Architecture. His most recent lectures:

and Design services to the Tri-State area and beyond.

Mr. Rafiu D. Sadiku, P.E., CPD is Principal of RDS Associates and brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He is responsible for the overall management of the firm with extensive Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and CADD application experience in the direction and preparation of studies, design and contract drawing, specifications and construction activities. Mr. Sadiku has served as Engineering Consultant on numerous engineering projects, both domestically and internationally. He has also served as an Adjunct Professor lecturing in the area of engineering graphics and computer-aided design.
